Gizlilik kapsamı

Gizlilik politikası; hesap ve profil verileri, dosya ve belge içerikleri, ödeme ve abonelik akışları, destek talepleri, güvenlik kayıtları ve opsiyonel analitik tercihleri için uygulanan temel çerçeveyi açıklar.

Profesyonel kullanıcıların platforma eklediği müvekkil, dosya, dilekçe, sözleşme ve not içerikleri çalışma verisi olarak ele alınır.
Kart verileri mümkün olduğu ölçüde lisanslı ödeme kuruluşu ekranlarında işlenir; Deep-Law ödeme sonucu ve işlem referanslarıyla çalışır.
Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme, hata ayıklama ve denetim izleri için teknik kayıt tutulabilir.

Google user data has no secondary use

For avoidance of doubt, any general references in this policy to AI processing, analytics, quality contribution, product improvement, research services, operational metrics or provider evaluation do not apply to information received from Google Workspace APIs or data derived from it.

Google Calendar data is processed only to provide calendar selection, import, create, update, delete and synchronization features that the connected lawyer requests and sees in the Deep-Law Calendar interface.

Deep-Law does not use or transfer Google Calendar data to create, train, evaluate, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model, including foundational, generalized, or user-personalized models.
Google Calendar data is excluded from advertising, retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising, marketing, profiling, data brokerage, information resale, credit-worthiness, lending, unrelated databases, analytics, product research, and quality-contribution datasets.
Google Calendar data is not sent to AI, search, analytics, advertising, or model providers. The only external processor exception is the user-enabled transactional reminder delivery described below.
Human access to Google Calendar data is prohibited except with the user’s affirmative agreement for specific data, when necessary for security, or when required by applicable law.

Optional Google Calendar data use

Google Calendar integration is optional. It starts only after a lawyer chooses to connect a Google account from the Deep-Law Calendar area and selects the target calendar. The integration is not required to use Deep-Law or to read this policy.

Deep-Law uses https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.calendarlist.readonly only to display calendars where the connected user has writer or owner access, so the lawyer can select one target calendar. Deep-Law uses https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events only to read, create, update, and delete legal hearings, deadlines, and lawyer work events in that selected calendar when the lawyer requests an in-app calendar operation.

The selected calendar can be changed by the connected lawyer. Deep-Law does not use the Calendar connection for advertising, sale of data, profiling, or any AI/ML model lifecycle.
Google Calendar data is used solely to provide the lawyer-requested calendar synchronization inside that lawyer's Deep-Law workspace. It is not shared outside the service except where necessary to operate the requested Google Calendar interaction.
A lawyer can disconnect Google Calendar in the Calendar area. Disconnecting removes the Deep-Law Calendar connection and its synchronized calendar records from the workspace; Google account permissions can also be revoked from the Google Account security settings.

Google Workspace Limited Use compliance

Deep-Law’s use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deep-Law does not use, transfer, sell, or permit third-party AI/ML providers to use raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Calendar data to create, train, evaluate, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model.

Google Calendar data is processed only to provide user-requested calendar synchronization and visible calendar functionality.
If the user enables calendar reminder emails, only the upcoming event title and start time may be sent to the transactional email delivery processor; description, location and attendee data are not included.
Google Calendar data is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq, xAI, Perplexity, Tavily or Exa as prompts, embeddings, fine-tuning data, evaluation datasets, feedback, analytics or model-improvement material.
Deep-Law does not request or process Google Photos API scopes or Google Photos user data.
Deep-Law currently does not use a self-hosted or offline AI/ML model to process information received from Google Workspace APIs.

Tercihler, güvenlik ve veri sınırları

Zorunlu olmayan analitik ve deneyim ölçümleri tercih/izin bazlı yönetilir. Bu genel analitik hükümleri Google Workspace API verisini veya bu veriden türetilen içeriği kapsamaz. Public pazarlama yüzeyleri ile kullanıcıların özel dosya ve belge içerikleri birbirinden ayrılır.

Kurumsal kullanımda barındırma, alt işleyen, aktarım kanalı ve güvenlik gereksinimleri ayrıca güncel sözleşme ve teknik kontrol kapsamında değerlendirilmelidir.

Hukuki dosya içerikleri kamuya açık ürün kanıtı veya pazarlama iddiası olarak yayımlanmaz.
Kullanıcıların gereksiz kişisel veri yüklememesi ve mümkün olduğunda kimlikleyici alanları maskelemesi tavsiye edilir.
Hiçbir teknik önlem mutlak güvence oluşturmasa da rol bazlı erişim, oturum kontrolleri ve güvenli iletim hedeflenir.
